1. ZENIT ACCOUNTS:

Zenit accounts work with two phases:

1. Evaluation phase
2. Funded phase

Below are the rules for the two types of Zenit accounts:

1.a. ZENIT 'CHALLENGE' ACCOUNT RULES:

With a "Challenge" account, you must first demonstrate your skills during an evaluation phase before gaining access to a 'FUNDED' account.
The 'FUNDED' account will allow you to request a payout, as long as you follow all the rules of the Starter account.

MAX DRAWDOWN TRAILING:

To succeed in the evaluation, you must not reach the maximum drawdown. We apply a trailing drawdown on all our accounts. This drawdown is calculated intraday, not at the end of the day.
You must not exceed this drawdown, or your positions will be liquidated.
A trailing drawdown is linked to the positive performance of your account. This means that if you increase your profits by $1, your trailing drawdown will also increase by $1.
Here are the drawdown limits based on the account:

• 50k: $2,500
• 150k: $5,000
• 300k: $7,500

Example: you start with a 50k account. Your account value cannot drop below $47,500. If your P&L is $500 at a certain point during the day, this brings your account value to $50,500. You can no longer drop below $48,000.

MINIMUM TRADING DAYS:

To ensure you are a regular trader, we impose a minimum number of trading days before moving to the next phase.
In the evaluation phase, this minimum is 5 trading days.

MINIMUM DAILY PROFIT:

There is no required minimum profit in the challenge.

CONSISTENCY RULE:

There is no consistency rule during the evaluation phase.

1.b. ZENIT 'FUNDED' ACCOUNT RULES:

Once you have successfully completed the evaluation phase, you can acquire a 'STARTER FUNDED' account, which will allow you to make profits (payout) if you follow all the rules below:

ACTIVATION FEES:

To activate a FUNDED account, you must pay a one-time activation fee that includes maintenance fees and CME data streams. The fees are as follows:

• 50k: $149
• 150k: $149
• 300k: $149

TARGET:

To request a payout, you must reach a minimum profit depending on the chosen account:

• 50k: $2,600
• 150k: $5,100
• 300k: $7,500

SAFETY NET:

To ensure the growth and stability of your account, you must first secure a certain amount, which will constitute what we call the 'safety cushion' for your trading account.
In other words, you can request a payout for the results generated beyond this safety cushion.
This safety cushion corresponds to the maximum drawdown value and depends on the chosen account value:

• 50k: $2,500
• 150k: $5,000
• 300k: $7,500

Example: On a 50k account, you have reached $54,100, and you can request a payout of $1,600 (because the minimum balance of $52,500 must be maintained to secure the safety cushion).

MAX TRAILING DRAWDOWN:

We apply a trailing drawdown on all our accounts. You should not reach that drawdown or your account will be liquidated.
This drawdown is calculated intraday, not at the end of the day.
A 'trailing drawdown' is linked to the positive performance of your account. This means that if you increase your profits by $1, your 'trailing drawdown' will also increase by $1.
Here are the drawdown limits based on the account:

• 50k: $2,500
• 150k: $5,000
• 300k: $7,500

Example: you start with a 50k account. Your account value cannot drop below $48,000. If your P&L is $500 at a certain point during the day, this brings your account value to $50,500.
You can no longer drop below $48,500.

MINIMUM TRADING DAYS:

To ensure you are a regular trader, we impose a minimum number of trading days before requesting a payout.
This minimum is 10 trading days on the FUNDED account.

MINIMUM DAILY PROFIT:

To ensure you are a consistent trader, we also impose a minimum daily result. This ensures you are not just making a few ticks to validate a trading day.

For a day to be considered validated, you must have made a minimum P&L of:

• 50k: $150
• 150k: $450
• 300k: $650

CONSISTENCY RULE:

You must adhere to a consistency rule: no individual trading day can represent 30% or more of your profits.
For example, on the 50k account with a target of $2,600, you must not make more than $780 in P&L on any given day. This avoids asymmetric trading results.

MINIMUM ACCOUNT BALANCE:

After reaching the target (safety cushion), the minimum balance of your account cannot be lower than the following amounts: your account balance cannot be less than the following amounts:

• 50k: $50,100
• 150k: $150,100
• 300k: $300,100

MINIMUM-MAXIMUM PAYOUT AMOUNTS:

Each payout request is subject to a minimum or maximum amount.
The minimum payout per request is:

• 50k: $500
• 150k: $500
• 300k: $500

The maximum payout per request is :

• 50k: $2,000
• 150k: $3,000
• 300k: $4,000

PAYOUT PERIOD:

Each new payout request can only be made between the 1st and the 4th of the current month, and between the 16th and 20th of the current month.
As mentioned earlier, you must also trade 10 days to validate a payout request.

INACTIVITY RULE:

The account requires at least one transaction every five trading days and prohibits inactivity exceeding five consecutive trading days. If the account remains inactive for more than five consecutive trading days, it will be suspended without notice.
For traders wishing to temporarily suspend trading for an extended period, it is mandatory to inform the support team and obtain written permission. This authorization will specify the allowed pause duration.
However, this period cannot exceed 3 weeks (non-renewable).

TRADING HOURS:

To limit risks, we currently only accept intraday traders. This means that you cannot hold positions overnight (intraday only).
Holding positions overnight is a breach of the rules.
Any position that is not closed 5 minutes before market close will lead to the liquidation of the trading account.

PROHIBITED PRACTICES:

• High-Frequency Trading: High-frequency trading is prohibited; you cannot place a large number of orders per second.
• Using Simulation Trading Advantages: You are not allowed to use simulation trading advantages that would not work in real trading (e.g., HFT, arbitrages, etc.).
• Arbitrage Strategy on Treasury Bonds for a Tick: Arbitraging Treasury bonds for just one tick is not allowed as it would not work in real trading. All other bond strategies are allowed. Any payout request involving trading in the bond market will be subject to special attention.
• Hedging Between Different Accounts: It is prohibited to buy on one account and sell on another account. This approach will be detected by our system if attempted.
• Hedging Between Different Clients: We have systems in place to detect if multiple clients are hedging accounts in groups. It is prohibited to intentionally and continuously take opposite positions to another Zenit client.
• Trying to Exploit the Prop Firm System: Attempting to exploit the prop firm system by setting up strategies that would not work in real trading (e.g., a martingale strategy to average down with multiple accounts) is forbidden.
• Placing Non-Directional Orders in Both Directions to Catch a Move During Exceptional Volatility: Placing a buy and a sell limit order at the same time to capture a move during periods of high volatility (e.g., news, reports) is not allowed. You are not authorized to use a 'bracketing' strategy, which involves placing buy and sell stops around news with high impact.
• Using Copy Trading Services: The trading account must only be traded by you.
• Using an Algorithm You Do Not Own the Code For: You cannot use an algorithm that you do not own the source code for. The account must be traded only by you, as we want to assess your personal ability to trade. For example, you cannot subscribe to a service that provides pre-built trading algorithms without access to their source code, understanding how they work, or being able to customize them according to your needs.
• Allowing Someone Else to Trade Your Account: The trading account must only be used by you. We want to assess your personal ability to trade.
• Using Hedging / Spread Trading:
• It is prohibited to trade mini/full contracts versus micro contracts.
• The trader must not engage in inter or intra commodities spread trading (e.g., S&P vs Nasdaq or trading correlated long/short products/commodities, etc.).
• The trader must not use long/short strategies.
• The trader must not exploit price discrepancies or issues in different markets of similar or identical assets, also known as arbitrage trading.
• Using Account Management Services like “Pass Your Challenge”: You are not allowed to use shared or resold accounts with other people or entities. We want you to develop your own strategy.
• Executing Trades During Economic Reports:
• We do not want to take risks during major market moves. We seek consistency in trading. This applies to the following economic statistics:
• NFP (Non-Farm Payrolls)
• CPI (Consumer Price Index)
• PPI (Producer Price Index)
• FOMC (Federal Open Market Committee) and FOMC Meetings
• Central Bank Speeches and Interest Rate Decisions
• Oil Stocks
• Michigan consumer sentiment
• PMI (Purchasing Managers' Index)
• IPC (Consumer Price Index) and IPP (Producer Price Index)
• We reserve the right to refuse payouts and ban your accounts without refund if you attempt to exploit the prop firm system by creating a trading strategy that would not work in live trading (e.g., using the subscription as a drawdown instead of the actual loss value).
• We systematically monitor each trading account to detect fraud or any failure to comply with the rules. We use several proprietary systems to identify irrelevant trading patterns and prevent fraud.
• To mitigate prohibited behaviors, gambling behavior, and the exploitation of the simulated environment, these will be reviewed by our risk management and compliance team. If we identify prohibited trading activity, we reserve the right to remove the trading day and all profits, restart the account, or close the account.

REFUND POLICY:

All subscriptions are final. Your participation or non-use of such services purchased does not entitle you to a refund. No returns, refunds, or exchanges, either partial or otherwise, for any reason. Once your order is placed and your credit card charged or your encrypted payment processed, there is no return or credit. You cannot return the product and demand a refund, as intellectual property has also been provided to you. Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in the immediate deactivation of your membership. Your username will be permanently banned from our authorized user database. Any chargeback initiated by you will be thoroughly investigated, and you will no longer be able to purchase services from our company. Any further purchases will be refunded immediately. We will not be held liable to you or any third party for any damages of any kind resulting from the use, access, reliance, inability to use, or misuse of the site, any information, content, materials, or services available on the site.
